We should all be thinking about the experience whether the letters "UX" are in our titles or not :)

I've seen more companies—especially tech companies—shifting to using product design over using UX or worse, UI/UX. Those of us who practice design professionally are the ones who can & will influence recruiters and HR professionals about the most appropriate terms to use with regard to our roles.
