Smaller shops who can only afford to bring in one or two designers could consider using the title "Digital Product Designer." IMO this is a better catch-all than UI/UX for designers who may be expected to wear a lot of hats. Web designer may also be appropriate if the work is more directed at creating informational. e-commerce, and marketing-focused websites, landing pages, emails, digital ads, etc.
