Hi Jay. A bit late to the party, but great post. I’ve run a similar process (not with the GV Sprint methodology exactly, but similar approach) and usually had favorable results.
One question: I also really like getting members of the technology team involved in the strategic/sprint phases, but I often receive pushback because it pulls developers off of existing backlog work which affects the team’s velocity/burn down. Do you have any advice for how to balance developers’ involvement in design/code sprints vs. their time actively working on the backlog?
