Glad you found it helpful, Cat. A lot of designers in this field experience similar existential crises and find it difficult to articulate their abilities. Focus on the aspects of design or research that you enjoy (or want to improve upon) the most and start there. It's great to have a breadth of design skills but focusing deeper on one or two aspects (i.e. being "T-shaped") will likely make you a more successful designer in the end.
